Wow! Stuff's in-house Video Production department create over 20 promotional videos each year and they are looking for anyone who wants to get their face on camera to take part.

You could be seen in-store on over 1000 TVs UK-wide this Christmas – so will be great for your show reel and general exposure.

Let your friends and family know about this as they might also want to apply. You simply need to be confident enough in front of a small camera and, at times, some lights plus be relaxed enough to enjoy yourself while filming. Although these videos are filmed in High-Definition, the idea of having an in-house department is to keep budgets low and therefore a lot of the time there won’t even be a large crew – usually 1 or 2 people.

Most of the filming will take place outside in parks and local countryside so if you want to take part and enjoy the summer then we are looking for the following roles:

- Males & Females with a playing age of 16-22 who are no longer of compulsory school age (must be 16+ and have finished their GCSEs - College students are perfect for this)
- Families where the youngest is at least 13yrs old and everyone is willing to take part (Licenses for anyone under 16 will be arranged by Wow! Stuff)
- Ideally residing in the Midlands area however this is not compulsory

Payment will be dependent on how many hours you are needed but will generally be £8 - £10 p/hr or if it is more of a formal shoot for the larger videos more pay will be offered.

These videos are ongoing projects so it is very likely that you may be given the opportunity to appear in more than one video and not just this year but for many years to come.

It is unlikely that these videos will be broadcast - we have never broadcasted one yet however you will be asked to sign a full release form if you participate in any of the videos. This is to at least allow us the option of creating an advert in years to come without having to worry about consents.
