PRACTICE your acting or presentation skills - and GET PAID for it!
 
 We are looking for talented people who can create theatre and excitement in a retail environment during the busy Christmas period demonstrating our big boys toys, gifts and gadgets. That means you will be playing with Mystery UFO’s, Radio Controlled Helicopters, Super fast radio controlled cars; all from popular licenses such as TopGear and Wallace and Gromit. Sounds like a fun job right?
 
Can you excite people to believe in you? Do you have the stamina to demonstrate our toys for up to 9 hours a day in some of Britain’s most prestigious and beautiful retail stores in the 10 weeks before Christmas. We’re talking about Debenhams, John Lewis, Hamleys, Selfridges and Harrods. 
 
And don’t worry, we won’t just stick you in at the deep end. We will give you some of the best training you can get over a two day period. You will go through our Demonstration Artist Academy and go on to achieve a full independent accreditation from the Extra Mile Partnership trainer of chief executives and sports stars.

If you pass you will then be asked to go through our Demonstration Academy. This in itself is an experience and really separates the determined from the not so determined, the boys from the men, the girls from, well you know what we mean?
 
We’re casting over 60 Demonstration Artists this year. You must be available to work from 12th or 21st October to 31st December excluding Christmas day. We will however accommodate some part-time applications but please mention how many days a week you will be able to do when applying. You will receive a basic day pay rate of £52 however our best Demo Artists can easily double this as the period gets busier and their act is honed to perfection. In fact commission is unlimited as we don’t believe in restricting your earnings if you’re making the sales!

Small print:
The basic salary is paid strictly for arriving on time, working the full day and finishing at the agreed time (mobile text and confirmation from the store is required for this). Oh, and you must be well presented, clean and tidy (you provide black jeans or chinos we provide the branded polo shirts). You will also receive a bonus for; 1. Attendance record 2. The number of compliments from customers and  3. A bonus on lack of customer/store complaints! We look forward to hearing from you.
